What time will the room be available on my arrival day and what time do I need to vacate the room on my departure day?

We will try to have your room ready for you as early as possible. In any case, your room is guaranteed to be available by 1:00pm on arrival day.
On your departure day, the room needs to be vacated by 10:00am.

If you would like to keep your room beyond the designated time, you can speak with the reception staff and, if it is possible, you can request a late check out for an additional fee of 50 Euro. With this additional amount you will be able to keep your room until 6:00pm on your departure day.

Or, if you prefer, there is the possibility to leave your luggage at the reception desk and to continue to use all the hotel services for the entire day. If needed, there is also a large bathroom with shower available to you.

 

Is a gluten-free menu available?

Upon request, our restaurant can offer you gluten-free products, however we would like to note that we do not have a separate kitchen to prepare them.

 

What are the meal times?

Breakfast is served between 8:00am and 10:00am.

Entrance to the restaurant is allowed for lunch from 12:30pm to 13:30pm and for dinner from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.

 

How are the meals served?

In international breakfast is served buffet style with a choice of sweet and savoury products, yoghurt, fruit, cereals and fruit juices, while the coffee is prepared by our staff and served directly at your table.

Lunch and dinner offer a choice between two or three menus. The principal dishes (first course and main course with side dish) are served at the table. You will also find a buffet* with appetizers, vegetables and fruit after lunch and dessert after dinner.

*given the health regulations currently required, the buffet is served by our staff who will give you a portion of your preferred selection.

 

Where can I park?

On the street where the hotel is located and in the surrounding area there is public parking which is free and does not require a parking disc. Otherwise, you can park your car in our underground garage by booking ahead and at a cost of 10 Euro per day.

 

Are the rooms sanitized and safe?

In compliance with current regulations, we have added additional cleaning and sanitizing procedures to our already existing ones.
You will find hand sanitizing gel dispensers in every area of our hotel.
We are at your disposal 24 hours a day for any assistance you may require.

 

Is Wi-Fi available in the hotel?

Yes, the entire hotel has free Wi-Fi.
